You said you would always care,
it didn’t matter when or where...
You became my shelter from reality...
You moved deep into my soul,
embedded, gained complete control,
then opened up my eyes so I could see...

What I see...is a friend...
One who’ll love me to the end,
and who’ll never let me walk my path alone...
When I finally saw the light,
like a beacon in the night,
you were there...shining love...to guide me home...

Many times I’ve lost my way,
because there was no light of day...
No one cared, or offered me their hand...
Then one day I looked up to see
your angel face look down at me...
Within your smile, I grew to understand...

What I see...in your eyes...
cannot ever be disguised...
And we’re helpless...love has claimed us for her own...
We shall love until we die,
then beyond our hearts will fly...
Like a beacon, love will guide our spirits home...

What I see...is so real...
I never dreamed that I would feel...
So in love, and safe within your love for me...
In my heart...you will stay...
Through forever, and today...
Soul to soul, and heart to heart...
Is what I see...

Live...Love...Be grateful for both!!

SunnyOne~
What a beautifully written message.

'like a beacon in the night,
you were there...shining love...'

What a lovely light to catch you in it's glow.

Lovely, hon.
