I turn to
capture the sunset
and you
Woven beautifully in my mind
Chin resting on fingertips
Eyes far away
A moment's pause
Ending on a soft sigh
Carried upon the wind
To you

"A moment's pause"
T'is the key line in this me thinks, J A W, and could be your title.

. . . and the wind carries such a burden for all of us, doesn't it . . .

Oh that precious second when the sight of someone we love causes such stillness.  Oh how I loved this.

I understand this one well.  There is a part of my heart that I need to let go but then I read a poem like this...and I can't.

Speak when you are angry--and you'll make the best speech you'll ever regret...Laurence J. Peter

Thank you.
