And With His Touch

And with his touch,
he wraps me into night's fold,
paints me softly on a canvas of dreams,
where thoughts meet across boundaries
surrendering to the moments...of his touch.

Delicate as a whisper, kisses I place
to carve my image into his mind,
as he strokes me with his words and
I journey into his tomorrow.

As the air is scented vanilla
and the dark beckons, he reveals to me
that part of him that veils my heart, caressing,
drifting, I am in timeless hold. And as indigo fills the night

Surrendering to his voiced loving, embraced
by the feel of his body, the soft sweetness
in sharing that which is mine, unfolds,
and from one touch, the colours of the night
are woven into two hearts and minds, wants and needs.

Bathed forever in his charms, each night,
I feel the tracings of his love,
from fingertip touches to lips that press,
to bodies that mold...I accept it all,
the lingering imprints of him,
every moment turning, leaving me breathless,
as I await in the flickering shadows,
to surrender in the dark to the reality of his loving
from just one touch...
