Okay Folks! This is little bolder for me...
I'm trying to 'let it go ' so please be gentle!

I'm not asking, for forever.
Just for now, and just for a night.
Let me tease, the 'want to' from you,
as my arms, hold you so tight.

Let me whisper, my love to you.
Then surrender, yourself to me.
Let me ignite, your flame that smolders,
Just for tonight, just let it be.

Let me take, control of you.
Allow me, to have my will.
Give me, a chance to show you,
how I, can make you feel.

We'll let the moon light, bath our bodies,
As on satin sheets, we'll play.
I will explore you, with my kisses.
Let me make, you want to stay.

Just for one night, is all I'm asking.
to let my love, flow like sweet wine.
To have you melt, within my being.
I'm only asking, for this one time.

We'll both know, it's not forever.
But this night, we'll reach for the sky.
And tomorrow, as you leave me.
We'll both have known, the ultimate high.

If you can't make it so,
you need to let it go!

Okay. I don't do fantasy well nor do I plead with someone for "just one night." So I assume this poem is written by a muse and in doing so find it quite readable. The poem employs language involking imagery that is suggestive of "igniting" ones passion and fire. And thereby, I must assume it has accomplished the goal of the poet.

"I am not now that which I have been."

I like this a lot. It is my kind of poem. With feelings like these you could light anyones fire. Only trouble with me. Is that I would want two nights. One for you and one for me. Beautiful poem

Julian Lester...Thanks for your response, but please do not be misled by this
'whatever'you may want to call this writing! This is a first for me! I call it a fantasy, but in all honesty, was written with SOME knowledge of the scenerio depicted here!
As for having to 'plead for one night' I have never had to do that!! Been lucky I guess..;-)
Again, thank you for taking to time to read
this.

Marge, Bolder does seem to be better, but I
have to admit, I struggled with it a bit.
Hopefully I'll get bolder and maybe even
brazen!!!!
