she holds my heart gently
as if it were made
of the most delicate of crystal
in her hands, I am so much more
than just plain glass
the light of her love shines through me
reflecting to all those around
the brilliance of our love

she holds my heart firmly
as if it were made
of the most solid of stone
in her hands, I am so much more
then just plain stone
the strength of my love carries her
showing to all those around
the power of our love

she holds my heart
and I hold hers
together
light and strength
brilliance and power
this is our love

Your images here are strong ones, Sven, and lend well to the portrayal of a love, both tender and tough. Good writing, my friend.
