She gave me her number
nice and round
with zeros and
eights

looked at the folded
post it
and decided to call
her on Monday

one day

maybe

sometimes it's enough
to look good in
business suits
tan hose and
mini skirts

perhaps

but under that
alluring sexterior
she wasn't
suited

for me

on Monday
maybe

but

I had her number

Uh, I hate to be the one to break it to ya - but it's Monday!... LOL

Had lots to say on this one but I've decided to just keep my big mouth shut, ok?  Liked it though.

Hope that they're not together. . . like 800-***-****

great poem. . .

ahhhhhhhhhhh.  Some good poetry again.  From the man that taught me how to seperate my poetry.  Well...I'm still struggling with that one. So I'll still take all the help I can get.  *S*

I was just "scrolling" around and ran into you again.  Glad I did.  Nice piece.  Never a let down when you click on the Local Rebel name.

Yes..pass on her number..take mine! Mine has lots of 5's and 7's and 3's..much more 'odd' don't you think?

Nice to read you again sir.
