ahh..this felt good to write...any suggestions on this will be fine. I'm was thinking of putting it in CA, but I chickened out..*sticks out tongue* Hope ya'll like it. :supergrins:

Her Plea...

Sir, don't you see me standing here
On Love's cloaked wings
I now, you near?
Sir, I calm myself here in your grace
Though Love's broke tears
I you, must face
Sir, faithful am I to attend your fears
That Love's not lost
I now, dry tears

His answer...

Lady, I see you kneeling here,
Offer now your hands, no fear.

I take them see, press to my face
Warm, your palms, your love embrace.

And although faithful, I am not
Tend me fairly, the moment, hot.

Her resolve and acceptance of his...

Sir, you have me now before you,
What would you beg for me to do.
Kiss your lips, oh but would
You then forgive me, if I could?
Faithless, sir, I do inquire
What of me, do you desire?
Thrust forth your arms, oh let me in
Devoured trusted, you are my sin.
A lady does not ask or require
An ungentlman's touch to quench her fire,
But mostly I have lost as much
My lady fairness and softness such.
I ask you now to free with me
Let my love enough for you be.
Sever from me to another if you must,
But always know me, I'm in your trust.
And when her kingdom flag for the night has fallen,
Come desperately then to me, your sullen,
Mistress of the night, once scorned
Lady, in a disguise well worn.
I love you now, tomorrow too
Loves not lost, I'm ever true.

We're sorry..this heart has been d-i-s-c-o-n-n-e-c-t-e-d. Should you like to hold the line we'll be glad to reconnect you..

Jenn,

a very talenter piece!!   I would only suggest the following, (this is great)
Her Plea...

Sir, don't you see me standing here
                   On Love's cloaked wings
                   I now, you near?
Sir, I calm myself here in your grace
                   Though Love's brokeN tears
AND I TO YOU, MUST FACE
Sir, faithful (AM) I (TO) attend your fears
                   That Love's not lost
                   I now dry tears

                   His answer...

Lady, I see you kneeling here,
Offer now your hands, no fear.

I take them see, press to my face
Warm, your palms, your love embrace. (NO COMMA)

And although faithful, I am not
Tend me fairly, the moment, hot

Her resolve and acceptance of his...

Sir, you have me now before you,
What would you beg (FOR)me to do.
Kiss your lips, oh but would
You then forgive me if I could?
                   Faithless, sir, I do inquire
What of me, do you desire?
Thrust forth your arms, oh let me in
Devoured trusted, you are (MY) sin.
                   A lady NEVER SHOULD REQUIRE
An ungentlman's touch to quench her fire,
But mostly I have lost as much
My lady fairness and softness such.
I ask you now to free with me
Let my love enough for you be.
Sever from me (TO ANOTHER) if you must,
But always know me, I'm (IN)your trust.
And when her kingdom flag for (THE) night has fallen,
Come desperately (THEN) to me, your sullen,
Mistress of the night (NO COMMA) once scorned
Lady, in a disguise well worn.
I love you now, tomorrow too
Loves not lost, I'm ever true.

I only offer a few punctuation changes and deleted in parenthesis-
I truy love this!

Kathleen.
Thank you.   This is better than putting it in CA. LOL! Which, like I said, I have a yellow streak about. I will look at it, and probably revise it in my notebook.  Thanks again. I do appreciate your honesty.
