For everything you've always been to me
For all the ways you show me that you care
I hope you know ~ I hope that you can see
Whenever you're in need I will be there.

For when I count my blessings from above
I realize anew your specialness
There's nothing quite as precious as your love
Again my heart is filled with thankfulness.

My world would be a sad and lonely place
My heart would never sing a lilting song
Deprived of all your loveliness and grace
The Universe would seem so very wrong.

As fragrant as the springtime blooms in May
More lovely than the songbirds of the air
I cherish all you are ~ what can I say?
If ever you should need me I'll be there.

Denise~
Just the perfect words for a forever friendship.
You're such a sweetheart and it is reflected in your thoughts.
A joyous render, dear friend.
