The winter worn trees
Are so brown and bare
Leafless and forlorn
They look so lonely
Standing in the winter's air

Time isn't measured
By every dreary moment
They stand
But by the seasons
They have stood there serene
Being a part of
Nature's changing  scenes

All thing become beautiful
For those who have patience
To wait
Just as those winter worn trees
Someday become dressed
In lavender and lace

Oh MY, but they ALREADY ARE dressed in such here! Beautiful isn't it? Geesh...the beauty of those flowers and the vines they grown on just takes my breath away as does this poem. Thank you for such beauty.

I know they are what inspired this poem. I never get tired looking at them.

I knew I would love this ... and I do !
Spring in all her prissy finery ...
All dressed up and April to go !
Doesn't get much prettier that this !
Thanks for sharing.

those last three words were heaven, I love nature poems. Thank you for this!
