Don't know how but that
is a bad penny that turned up

If a penny can be bad
how is it we put a penny in a bride's shoe for luck

One bad apple can spoil
the whole barrel, they say

But, an apple a day
can keep the doctor away

One day bad then one day good

Nothing is always.... that's understood

I know I find it hard not to judge

Sometimes all in the name of love

Apples and pennys, good and bad

To judge or love or
count the blessings I have

What I meant does the rhyme carry it or is it simply written without concern for that.

JamesBowie, just a flow of how I felt.  And 1&2, 3&4, 5&6 etc.  Thanks though.

Marge, I have been in such a strange mood lately.  I think it has to do with us getting ready to go to our summer home.  I am not ready!!  Hugs

Well mixed emotions are the same for me...and by the way, didn't know I had to flow - he he   I shall definitely watch for that now, and I am serious!  Just learning, but I will get the hang of this soon.  I write what I think that is about it!  I loved this, said a lot more to me than the few words penned.  Thank you.

JamesBowie, you are welcome.

Mysteria, I know what you mean!!  When I read some of the poems, I can't make heads or tails of it and figure it is just me and not the poet.  I guess we just write feel and to heck with the "flow".

Auguste, thank you

Panne415, thanks for the answer and glad you stopped by.
