Lotus Eyes
By: Noah Eaton
3/28/01

The wizard chameleon swings from it’s banana tree
Wearing a clean pair of lotus eyes in contentment
Lupine pupils rotating like tire swings in an autumn breeze
Setting sleepy eyes to dreaming as a free-will commitment
Kiwi-strawberry lenses cajoling realistic sense in everyone
Placid hurricanes woven about with pinwheel fantasies
Chartreuse ribbons twined about turquoise satin suns
Otherworld projecting through melting ying-ylangs
Dreams explained through desires maestros
Conducting visions in clouds of texture and color
Diving through a puddle of yellow, light of day intone
Hyacinths rung like bells in times inner-space chamber
Waking dreaming minds, happily mesmerized
By a pair of playful, dreaming lotus eyes

Lotus eyes!!!! That's an incredible image and loved the layered meaning in that too! Very vivid work here, Noah.
