overwhelming love
spoken in a whisper's sigh
yes, I love you, too

in a hushed "I do"
promises are safe within
lifetime memories

in my winter come
shall I see only content
in your loving eyes

my hand in your hand
a simple gesture, this touch
never meant so much

voices on the wind
kisses sent by breeze of day
validate my love

When done with brevity and simplicity
