You left without a trace,
Leaving my heart ablaze,
Never thought you would leave me here,
From the onset I’ve should’ve seen the signals clear,
I forgot about you like a dream
You’ve reopened the healed seams,
Echoing in my soul you note my hurt,
Seeing how it became a dying rut,
In the past I use to pray,
That this would stop someday,
But years past and the cycle was repeated,
I gave up hope and stood their defeated,
So now you come to reform the old bridge,
How will you fill up this bottomless ridge?
