out of necessity i beg you to give me direction and i will obey completely each careful instruction lay your hands on me point me toward security and comfort i am surrounded by this cold, unfamiliar place you watched me when i gave my all and you demanded more with you eyes staring so intense penetrating, and i felt my heart move inside me knowing my tendancy to move away you tell me to endure this ache to explore this pain for a greater cause so i indulge in the stillness you demand distant and authoritative you're holding back personally seeming so cold do you ever cry? i stood on my tiptoes today to watch you walk by you're presise even in your stride so set on your course that you didn't see me |

So sad that we have to fear sometimes what a person will do next. Our hearts ride on the things they do or say to us. Their words, or actions have the ability to build us, or crush us.
