All through the night, I hear the rain,
playing a musical show.
The dropping rain does make a promise,
a promise of a rainbow.

The rainbow signifies happy smiles,
that I will see today.
The rainbow colors dance around,
making smiles play.

On my face there is no smile,
only rain you can see on me.
This rain also makes a promise,
a rainbow that you never did see.

It doesn't make smiles play,
it only makes you cry.
A rainbow with such pain inside,
Cursed by the rains good-bye.

My tears have washed away the colors,
so the colors will never show.
This rainbow signifies how I feel,
the raindrops from this colorless rainbow.

A really nice image that, a rainbow with no colours, and a good metphor as well. All in all a good poem.

ahhh. this is sad and cute at the same time. Wow...interesting thoughts, this was very creative. I got a little tongue tied..or something, at parts.
Nice.
