It’s hard to explain the way we are
Maybe I just miss the way we were
I doesn’t matter once it’s gone
But it all comes back, some days
The ghost in the attic of my mind
Is telling me that I love you
That I need you in a different way
But nothing’s going to change
This room is swarming with all my thoughts
I just want to hide here forever
A thousand violinists
Playing a thousand different songs
I find my peace in shattered glass
I found my reason amongst the bloody ash
I write my life, into this screen
Reason through the keys
Everything you mean to me
Maybe it’s the end when this is all that’s left
Maybe this malady is my forever

"i write my life into this screen"

fantastic

"in a past life i was a woodcarver's knife: the sharpend blade of a wood cutter, the eldest son of the chief's brother: a maker of drums"

This is a great poem. One of those ones you can relate to.

Actually this is the best piece I think Ive read by you.  I guess it might be because I can relate to it thicker than stone at times.

Nice write.

Sometimes memories haunt...maybe they are to remind us of the mistakes we make, and not to repeat them? :?
