Banging door

No man saw me
I was alone in the wilderness.

My helmet undone
With the lace of strength
Falling off my chin.

No light caught me
I was fighting for what was never missed.

With my boots untied
And my head unraveled
I shouted like hellish bats
Crying like saviors.

Each step I took
Was somber
I was on the battlefields of Warsaw.
