No more rain in Hollywood
Only stoned and gravel roadies
No more lights in Hollywood
Just the freaks and ghetto Romeos

It’s never going to be the same
The burning sign shows my shame
In the end, it’s all just in the name
All I ever asked for was simple fame

No more stars in Hollywood
Only aspirin a-dick-ted shabby Sam’s
No more glam in Hollywood
Just the models getting high off vogue

It’s never going to be the same
The burning sign shows our shame
In the end, it’s all just in the name
All I ever wanted was simple fame

me too buddy, something besides this life...

fly me away

"in a past life i was a woodcarver's knife: the sharpend blade of a wood cutter, the eldest son of the chief's brother: a maker of drums"
