Alone

Sometimes the darkness
Threatens to overtake me
My soul is slipping away
Into the depths of hell

Evil thoughts take my mind
Feeding evil voices
Telling me things
I don’t want to hear

Or maybe I do
What if I need the darkness
The voices that tell me things
And have my soul under their control

They’re slowly killing me
As I lie here
Staring at blue walls
Alone

This is ok. Nothing particularly jumped out at me. I felt no impact..I was bored, too many things that have been said before. I did like the last line though,
"staring at the blue walls, alone."
You talk of hell, or a hell like place and red is usually the first color that comes to mind, so the fact that you used blue..I thought that was ironic, I liked it.
Keep postin'
