Pain and Occasions

She was the one I truly admired.
She was the one to awaken my desires.
She left me without saying goodbye?
Her softness and beauty only a lie?
Nothing is left but the pain
and occasions to cry.

G'day... apart from the question marks, I liked this It evoked feeling, which is what a poem should do. Enjoyed :O

"Nothing is left but the pain
and occasions to cry." This is my favorite line...I'm not really sure why, I guess I just relate better to it. And overall this poem did a great job to evoke emotions, it reminded me of so much.

A good pain piece, James.
*sigh* why, indeed, do we have to go through this kind of pain over and over again?
