Once upon a time, there was a girl who was drowning in despair,
She felt she had no one to talk to,
And no one that was there,
She didn't have a family to turn to,
Because they were to blind to see,
They didn't have time to talk or help her,
They were always too busy,
Her father spent endless hours gone at work,
Her mother wasn't ever home,
Her sister got fed up, and left the house,
And left this girl all alone,
Her best friend abandoned her,
To be with her boyfriend,
This girl had now lost everyone,
And thought now this is the end.

Then out of the clouds,
A ray of light shined through,
She got frightened,
And wasn't sure what to do,
Then a beautiful angel,
In a long white gown,
Blew a sweet kiss,
And from heaven descended down,
This beautiful angel,
Why is she here?
The girl was puzzled,
And the reasons weren't clear,
The angel spoke,
In a soft gentle tone,
and told the heartbroken girl,
"God sent me so you won't be alone."
The eyes of this girl,
Then filled with tears,
But not for sadness or fear,
But happiness is what enlightened this broken soul,
God had sent a best friend,
To make this girls life once again whole.

The angels name is Jennifer,
And she made my life complete,
I know she'll always be there,
She helps me through all I have to defeat,
She is the angel,
That lifted me out of the dark,
And took me away from the sadness,
Of everything that used to tear me apart,
She keeps me continuously happy,
She keeps me going strong,
She always helps me find the courage,
That I never knew I had all along,
Whenever my day is going bad,
All I have to do is see her smile,
Then she tells me she loves me,
And I'm happy all the while,
I certainly believe in angels, in super hero's, and best friends,
Cause God sent all three in one,
To forever be my best friend,
Jennifer Marie,
I just would like for you to know,
I'll never let our friendship go,
It will bloom like flowers and forever grow,
Even if the winter storms or wind may blow,
It will never go...
And last I just want to say,
Just so that you always know,
Your not only my best friend, or my angel,
But you are my HERO.

You totally just made my day, I was having such a horrible day and you would have to be what I'd say is the sweetest person in the world. I love you too! I'm so much better now. Thank you so much for your kind, sweet words. I love you all, thanks for the replies.
