She Offers You the Ring of Serpents

Acquaint me with these fantasies to which you escape
Begot of fruitless vision
You followed the girl,
But by tommorows wake; you'll long for solitude
Not finding any, only leds to escape
through darker means,
Drink and heavy lidded surreality
Bouts of anger and introversion come
in waves of depression crashing over you
Soaking you to the marrow,
What warm will you find
She possesses the ring of serpents,
two entwined,
Lies with in her coiling stir and rock the center
Always seeming to fall in line
She just wants to lure you to her bed
To capture your seed, and take you prisoner
She offers you the ring of serpents
She offers you her hand
But its not like love or friendship
Its something different something hidden
Finding solice, a quick escape through persciption pills
and bottled wine
Caught up forever in frustration
not a man to be bound but finds himself binded
Scars on your heart that never felt the wound
Watching sunsets creep across horizions;
wanting to leave to enjoy peace with yourself
But you will never again be just one man

I saw an angel in the marble and carved until i set it free

thanks i wrote it about my best friend,
he was kind of forced to marry this girl he got pregnant
but i think she planed it now, hes miserable
poor guy...
