Torment.
Dormant.
Excuse me my mind was lost for just a moment.
Stripped.
Ripped.
Forgive the lack of content.
Dream.
Scream.
Pardon the momentary abandonment.
Weep.
Sleep.
Forget that I saw your sadistic intent.

alibaster,
very powerful poem, made all the more so by the use of one word lines.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

That's fascinating. I used the single-word-line technique in something that's getting published in school, so I've been pondering it a bit lately. It's really great to see it in someone else's writing. I like the way you used it. This new context gives me something further to consider.

"I don't need to scream for you to deem me aggravation."
