dont want to be,
committed to
forevers
again,
hollow
words
on heavy
hearts,
limited
choiceless
life without
options,
destiny
signed
in ink,
no freedom
in forevers
just another
ball and chain

Never been a big fan of forevers myself
(history will testify)
But, I've never really thought of them.

Seems.....imprisoning to me.

Wow. Seems like you made that poem just for me. No I know you made it for you, and a beautiful poem it is too.

Forever's are nevers in my book. Great poem, very well expressed.

Interesting little poem.

"If history is to change, let it change. If the world is to be destroyed, so be it. If my fate is to die, I must simply laugh"

Forever is nothing but a Hallmark card: as flimsy as it is insincere. Nicely written, very much enjoyed!

If homosexuality is a disease, let's all call in queer to work:  "Hello.  Can't work today, still queer." (If only...>; P)

Yeah, contracts suck. Forever is a long time... And what seems good at the time may not be so good later on...

you never wanted to live forever, just to stick around and see what happens and where we go?

I don't believe in forever, but I would if I could be a vampire!

That poem should be on a card.
