Just a little nervous breakdown I will sit on my hands, it will stop them shaking. Perhaps no one will notice. People talk. I hear the words, I know what they all mean. Seperately. Together they are meaningless. Just noise. I try and find a meaning . The conversation moves. I am left floundering in past sounds, echoes of words . Just noise. I must be still,still ,still, and silent. I will make the world stop Every thing hurts to much. I will sit on my hands, it will stop them shaking. arthur |
