Sleep

Drift and sift, rush past the waving.
The viola is tuning.
My only wish is fading.
Suicidal dish that dying is served upon.
Speak – as if it’s nothing to say.
Leak confidently- the parasites will creep up onto bay.

Dreams are invaded.
A gang of reptilian men in trench coats.
They disguise themselves with large diamond eyes.
Their allies are the policies and lies.
They keep from harms bay.
That’s why we will never win.

We are already corrupted, they hide in the light.
They breed in grey, why should we fight?
I’ve become a chameleon I can be visible, I can choose to vanish in the light.
A sun crack in my lense - close my eyes.
They want us to keep their secrets.
Found an empty scale.

What is balance exactly?
Surreality - Sleep.
Knife- Keep.
Reap…Sleep.

Insomniac -Sleep.
Mr Manic – Sleep.
Sleep.
Just Sleep.
