Son of a bitch

I know that son of a bitch
and
I know that son of a bitch
wants me

Wants me to laud him
Praise him
Sing his psalms
Serve fealty unto him

The rat bastard wants me
and
the rat bastard wants my
validation and veneration

He tells me this as he takes
my sight
He tells again as he takes
my strength
And whispers it as he takes
my breath

The black hearted fiend
woos and seduces me
taunts and threatens

And he knows that
he will prevail
And he knows that
he’ll have his due

What he doesn’t know
is that when it’s finally
my time to pay up
he’d better bring some

friends

It twould seem there ta be a most abundance of these types, eh? Nice, blantant writing here Wranx, and a breath of fresh reality from all of the "let's maintain a theme".

Total congrats to you on this one. I don't like challenges. I like poems that challenge life. This one does. 'nuff said.

TOUCHE', SENOR!

If only I could have penned this one for all those so called friends...

Blatant, but so enjoyed!

Thanks, Peeps
I was just kinda (annoyed) at the way I've been stalked by this thing lately.

*whispers conspiratorally* Psst, wranx. S.o.b. came under brief fire in the Deputy Moderator's forum regarding the poem's use of language. Luckily, in the context of the poem's potent rage, the wording has made it through the battle unscathed (phew). However, posting similar language in yr recent reply might give some people the grist they need to close this down.

In other words, you meant to say something *annoyed* you, didn't you?

Squirrel dude, once again, you have chosen the EXACT word for a given context. (I must get a thesaurus). You are one talented rodent. Thanks for the suggestion.
