depression falls
resting down upon us all
no one even feels it
im lost here in reality
bliss is never so great
when shes gone

too bad all things end
is there a reason then
why we start all things
bliss is never so great
when you know
its gonna end

too late to quit
too early to turn in
columbine never seemed
seemed so rational
bliss is never so great
when your dead

You know what Love makes me think of? The Cult's greatest album! She Sells Sanctuary! Rain! Oh baby ....

Ahem ...

Enjoyed yr poem (and yr name). Check yr e-mail for a special dark greeting (though it's not that dark at all).

Yeh.

She said burn ... together.

Nice to see a fresh face.

I enjoyed your poem quite a bit, namely the revisitation and revision of the first stanza's last few lines, in the final stanza... I thought that was clever, and it gave me a cheap smirk.

ONE thing though - your title is pretty cliche.  Come on, find something creative.

You're quite the writer.  Best of luck to you, and I'm hoping to see you around more.
