Pondering suicide
I realized I was dead
All the friends I thought I had
Were just voices in my head
Don’t listen to their lies I thought
Don’t loose your sense of self
They’re the ones, killing you
Draining your mental health
Been drowning for some time now
But I just can’t help but wonder
How long till I stop fighting it
Give up and just go under
I’m sure I'll be fine when I wake up
Wonder when that will be
And will the things I’ve done, while asleep
Will kill what’s left of me

(any reference to killing or suicide is metaphorical)

Great write, but sure glad that you've woken up to write it. I also liked the tempo your words created, very splendid.

hey chrisamadidlybob that was a really good poem. if i got a tattoo... thats what i would want it to say, yep..... . . . . .. . .no but that was a really good poem,shhhhhhh. you heard me. welll i love. so, yah.
