somewhere between here and there

After all my searching
Through land and sea
Though heaven and hell
Through you and me
I found a wealth of knowledge
That no one wants
And long dead phantoms
That loom and haunt
There is always a fight
A war to win
Lips to kiss
And sins to sin
Here in the dark
I feel at home
Here in the dark
I feel alone
Here in the cold
I feel the same
Here in the cold
I feel nothing

Great first posting, and I know you are going to really enjoy the family here at Passions In Poetry.  Welcome aboard.

Let's spend less time worrying about when our life is going to end, and more on when it's going to start!

Welcome to the Darkness.
I agree with Mike.
I'd go, too!
But very, very loud.
'cuz I'm older.

Welcome to Dark Passions, my Friend.
I agree about the *darker* side being a bit lonely.  Everyone tells me there is a light out there waiting for me.  I just hope the *light* isnt the one at the END of the tunnel!!!

Beautiful write btw,
Dark

I hear ya dude!  LOL, a lot of my life has been like that.  Anyhow, nice start to what will hopefully be a great "career" at Passions.
