I now see Darwin - infantile genius
Correct in assumptions half realized
Indeed the human race is a product of
continual evolution.

I now see God - eternal omniscience
First day creation becoming more scrutinized
Of course father Adam and mother Eve
conceived - a continual evolution.

But what of us now? Afterthoughts...
Transients on a road that leads to something
unavailable during breath - evolution
frustrated by mans own devious mind.

She can't afford the restraints of
pocketbook or thought
She seeks comfortable, available resolve but
unaware the doc salvages her gift of life
for his own greed & gluttony.

His mouth spits flames of retribution and jealousy
He can't handle the reality of embarrassment-covered
pain his for-the-moment girl bestows him.

Now that the friend cannot hear
(and more importantly decapitate loyalty)
Hypocrisy shall evolve this eve' as the circle sits
ridiculing, spiting, demeaning...

Demeaning for what purpose? Evolution?
No more, you see; they seek knowledge of a
perverted kind: support for the envy:
Altruism for slaying a free spirit unaware of evolving attack.

Mother searches son's room in quest - wanting to find
nothing, but a nothing to use in offense.
Trust is nonexistent when one thinks for himself behind a door
Single reason sought to make sons borne wings fly

Father-figured; no one would find him out
Secret rendezvous hidden under overtime
Rib returned for nuclear warfare. Think of the value, eh?
Family values, family obnoxion.
Everyday evolution at standstill,
No reason to pursue further...know...reason.

We are all aardvarks, sitting around the proverbial table of
our own making, our own deceit, our own life.
Does no one know? Ah, but au contraire, everyone...nose.

The feast laid before us captivates
us into a motionless trance.
Main courses of morbidness, despair, false senses of security,
distrust & a big ol' rack of back(stabbing)bones.

Evolution, yes? The ants beyond this setting celebrate
in the glorious comedy of the aardvark table.

..."So what's for dessert"

I choose to wait, watch and wonder.
If that takes too long I'll just listen.

The waiting paid off...now you can watch
The spectacles will fill you full of wonder
My friend.
Always a pleasure, carolina.

Sorry, Purity, but I've been reading through your works, and this was one of the most remarkable pieces I've ever had the privilege to read. Your way of developing this concept was amazing to me. I simply love this. Share more!

OK, Purity Friend
Your just getting a little too good at this.

I'm an admirer of any one that can communicate my own thoughts...better than I can.

What, pass this by
But why?

Purity, sorry...people do not jump at the thought of Aardvarks...but if they read...

Wranx is right! And I love originality rather than back-n-forth from friends glorifying! This is great. I have posted this one on my wall!
