Consume (a rictameter)

Such a
Helpless feeling
Doubt creeping, invading
Unwanted negativity
Forcing its way into
Darkening thoughts
Consume.

I've been here many times...you describe it well.  Only we are able to pull ourselves from this place.  It is up to us to do so.

Amidst the darkened thoughts remember to smile, and remember we all love you Tara. HUGS
