Dark Poet.

Your poem has been deleted because it glorifies and romanticises suicide. This decision has been made in accordance with our guidelines.

In reference to your comment below: yes, I'm afraid the editorial edge has cut in. It isn't a case of your work displeasing 'someone' (ie, me in this case I suppose). It is simply that this site has guidelines. Part of the moderating responsibility is to ensure those guidelines are followed. I hope you can understand that this decision is not personally directed at you or your work.

Thanks.

If you have any problems, or want to discuss this further, by all means email me.

Severn.

I like this scene,
A touch close to the editorial edge around here,
But this type of reality disturbs some people.
To me, it starts my mind to thoughts.

Thanks everyone for the praise in this one.  I am especially proud of it because what I had in mind transferred exactly as I saw it in my mind and with the feeling I wanted as well.

However in reponse to the "editorial edge" thing.  If someone has a problem with my material I will simply go elsewhere because I refuse to restrict my writing to please someone else.

Elegantly macabre. Another fine piece D.P.
