Her Love Of Death
Copyright 2001
Written by James Edward Shields

Beauty walks and asks for love
From a figure that cannot give
Horror dwell upon a kiss
In maddened stone walls
Heated dream and crying eyes
As wings flap demise
Set that kiss upon the lips of Death
And dream endless

We are born into this world alone, and we will die alone.  It is what we do between those times that matters.  This is where we leave our mark.

Thank you two for your comments.  I write mainly for myself but it is pleasing to know it has it desired effect on the reader.
