When you look at me,
tell me, just what is it that you see?
Blasphemy,
Shameful epitome.
When you ventured to understand
did you find things that terrorized hidden in my land?
Inconceivable,
horribly unbelievable.
When you turned your back to flee
did you truly believe you would be free?
Torment,
sanctimonious resentment.
Now you are hidden within the night
are you shivering with all consumming fright?
Breathing
slowly
freezing
at the
thought
of me.

Freezing at the thought of you?  Never.  Your poetry, however, sends shivers down my spine.  Excellent piece.

Does the name pavlov ring a bell?
