Alone in a world,
Too large to ever know,
How to make a difference,
How to call it your home,
All the hate,
Struggling to fight fate,
The gates of hell,
Ready to consume more souls,
So many people that had dreams,
So many recked lives that at one time had goals,
Why is our world this way?
Why can't all the hate just fade away?
Why do we all have to live in fear?
Why can't we know when the end is near?
Too many souls,
That will never know,
How much our father loves us,
How much he wants them to go,
To be with him in heaven,
and live eternally,
But people in our world today,
Think that there way, is the way to be.

Thank you all for the feedback.  I appreciate being complimented on my poems because I work hard to keep updated on this site even though I am busy all the time with my school grades, friends, and just maintaining the house and stuff.  thanks! I work really hard on my pieces.
