Hunger holds,
Emptiness falls implosion,
The dried spill,
Remains still,
Life stays in skin sealed bone,
Heart beating,
Not eating,
Meaning has flown with spirit,
Hunger holds.

Her life and spirit parted,
He remains,
Lifeless and broken hearted,
No words have gone over lip
He reframes,
Not even water does he sip,
He counts his life as final breath
He remains,
Each a moment since her death,

Hunger holds
Meaningless gone her spirit.

Waste away to skin sealed bone.

Gloom

This poem is very strong emotionally and you draw the picture well.

There's a peace inside us all
Let it be your friend
It will help you carry on
In the end
There's a peace inside us all
