-Wax In your Ears-
so finally the wax melts unto the "Ardvark Table"
finally , finally
such simple minded souls could not before believe
but finally
longwinded animations no longer destroy credibility
and lost dissentaries' diary's are no more
shed, shed, shed, finally
why was the mask so import....

quiet my friend, i am talking while we listen
i hear so few , and so many in between
i feel a bit of control and loss of what should be
i've found so many and lost such precious few
you say that it is not the end of what is once was to be
you articulate such emotions with the flick of a switch
you chance such endangered emotions just to know it is true
louder my friend, i am listening while we talk

so finally such simple but longwinded and lost, shed, why
was it the you
was it the me
was it the me and you
so what becomes has already been enscribed within the stars
for what you are, for what two are the divided unto one again

suppose change is no longer against itself
suppose meanial fears along with tasks subside
suppose the world has just one true devotion
suppose i am full of crap

i still wager a strong non bet that things are to be
i still trudge along the trenches of what is needed to be
i still see so many lights burning for such a myriad of beliefs
i still at least tell the truth
you can envolve the purest of the true meaning your fight
you can change the anger into absolute numbness
you can even pray until your GOD has bright red years
you can still no longer wait at the end of the line

eventually things are thrown by mis-shapen souls
eventually they are consumed by lesser "its"
eventually the fire, essentially drawing fear
eventually challenging choices disturb the few

so finally the simple minded souls feel the anquish
so many others can find solace within their weakness
so it turns like a gallon of milk left to rot for years
so that when it opens it takes not just your breath, but the all of your senses
i can't be quiet my friend they can't be listening while we talk
they sail burning arrows of hell upon eachother nightly
we hear so many yet still there are afew not screaming
we've gotten our control back at what cost
wait, quiet my friend, another few are in need
have any wax

Phew!  What you said and more!!!  I get the drift of it (I think), liked the story within a story but still what does wax have to do with it?  Are we all wax imitations then?
