Promises broken, Never to be told, This shattered world, In my hands I now hold, Smearing all the ugliness, Spreading some more hate, Dreams taken away by hatred, Living only to see fate, This world held together, By only a small thread, Thinking of ways to hold it together, The thoughts consume my head, The world I hold in a million pieces, Still falling apart some more, I drop the pieces, They fall down, and crash into the floor, Simply trying to make a difference, Trying to win a battle that can't be won, I am over, I am through with trying to change this bitter world, My song has already been sung, All this hatred, All these lies, This world has left me in despise, Forget you all, forget you too, I don't care, Never will again, You will find out in the end. |
