She walked down the street, With a bag in her hand, Carrying on with her life, Thinking no one understands, Wondering when she'll find that day, When she will meet that special man, So they can be together, Forever and always, Together hand in hand, Watching lovers pass her by, And such a love they share, Thinking why she hasn't found the one, Who will really care, Day by day will pass her by, She will wait for that special day, When she looks him in the eyes, And tell him she loves him, And tell him she Cares, And there lives together, She wants to forever share, But that day never came, Yet she waited so long, But everything didn't go as planned, it just went all wrong... Now she is old, And no longer young, Now it seems like her life is done, She headed down a wrong turn, that made her life a living hell, Never to turn back, To uncast the wicked spell... She is forever lonely... |

I cannot tell you how proud I am of you. Your writings make me realize, that although life has been hard for you, your talent is truly a gift that any "mother", friend, or ANYONE for that matter would be proud of. I am utterly amazed by your words! Please do me a favor and write on forever, and never let anyone or ANYTHING stop you from that GIFT. You have given me much joy and HOPE in what you have let flow out of YOU in word. It has made me soooooo happy!! Love you always.....simply your MOM!  P.S. Your a much better writer than I have ever dreamed of being, and that makes me so filled with joy and wonder. |
