Bleeding from these ears and eyes
And scars that run too deep
Within this ivory tower
Built by she who bore me
Upon the very hour
I first drew breath

Bleeding from these fingers and
This tongue on shattered teeth
Within these iron fetters
Gnawing on these shackles
Surrounded by my betters
As they excel

Bleeding from this shredded heart
And tired, voiceless lips
Within this lightless prison
Fashioned then abandoned
Beneath those damned, arisen
Who cannot feel

Sing while you may
  -The Prophet Qa'sepel

Your pain is for you alone, As it is, As it was, As it will be forever, Amen
   -The Prophet Qa'sepel

my destiny
I trust my soul,
my only goal
is just to "be"
