Dreams, the plane of the mysterious Mind
New lives, events, Hopes and Dreams
Where the inner most desires are granted their silent wish
Relaxation for the mind, awakening of the subconscious

What Becomes of the Dreams when one does not sleep?
The Dreams are of our greatest fears and we dare not slip away...
Voices stir around in our fragile minds, slowly growing louder
Paranoia sneakily comes to pour it’s venom

Faint whispers all around, Screams of a woman
Panic, Doubt, Fear, Uncertainty, Questions
Looking in the mirror, Seeing the Shady Figure next to you
Turning looking back into the mirror, Coming closer to you, reaching out

The Screams grow louder,
Running, endlessly running down the Darkened Corridor
Hearing voices of others, Loud commotion, Pleas, Screams, Laughing
Heart racing, Pounding, Pounding on the Chest, Adrenaline pumping

Head Spinning, Stumbling onto the Cold Ground
Images flashing before my eyes, Holes opening in the floor
Snakes slithering out, Hissing with vengeance
Coming Closer, So very close, Yelling out...

Awakened covered in sweat, chest still pounding
Relieved, Just a dream, was just a dream
A faint sound from under the bed, to faint
Turning on the light, seeing bite marks upon my wrist

The sound growing louder, sound of the Snakes hissing
Crawling up the sheets, into the bed
Striking my everywhere, covering my body with bites
Yelling in Pain, Screaming for Help...

Waking up, in my bed, wet from perspire
Checking Under the bed, No snakes.
Walking to the bathroom, running the cold water on my face
Relieved just a dream, Looking in the Mirror at my face
“Just a Dream, was just a Dream”
Splashing more water, Looking back in the mirror...
The Shady Figure staring back at me...
Just a Dream...was it?

The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, not the kindly smile, not the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when he discovers that someone believes in him and is willing to trust him with his friendship."
