The monster inside of you I'll never forget for it has beaten me up and down and has left the marks of a broken past Fear growing inside my veins tears crawling inside my soul shame gaining ground and dreams tearing down It's the taste of your hate that has gotten me drunk and the smell of your sweat that has gotten me drought Will I ever survive you Will I ever find peace in my dreams Will you ever defeat it The monster inside of you... |
