Telling you to take one day at a time doesn't cut it either..that ONE day is scary!!! Hang in there.

This was good.
And I agree, there is no point trying to take every day as it comes. Instead, something that always helps me is to plan one thing that will get you through the week. So, instead of taking it one day at a time, take it one week at a time, the week fly's that way and there is very little time to think back on past dissapointments. It's just a suggestion.
