I endoure the torture
I live through the pain
I still have the bruses
They won't go away
My bones have been broken
But I cant feel the pain
I dont under stand it
All say the same
No medicine can cure it
It is mine to keep
The pain I feel
Comes from indeep
It comes from the torture
And hatred the same
The hatred I keep
Locked up inside
The hatred thats become
Harder to hide
With each passing day
As it grows stronger
It tries to make me weak
But i con no longer hide it
So bide you farwell
Is you try to fight it

I have read your posts - your despair is evident - it reflects in the name you chose...
I hope your writing will help you in dealing with your pain...
I wish I could say something to help - I know what despair is like, but not hate...
Hate frightens me, because it feeds on itself and grows....while despair digs a hole deeper and deeper...
When I'm down, I sometimes use wonder as a tool to help me up....
I pick up a pebble, wonder where it came from - smell a flower, wonder what causes its fragrance - look at a star's flicker and wonder how to comprehend the light-years it has travelled.
I guess it's because wonder creates amazement, and amazement leads to appreciation, appreciation to thankfulness...
And thankfulness can overcome almost anything!
sorry if I've rambled.
I wish you well....

Wow. I came with consoling words, but it seems Lary has said it all so well.
Yes, wrap your fingers around one star you pick out as you stare out your window one night. Stare at it, wish upon it. Smile thinking about it's tiny beauty, important among all the other stars.

Reading this made me think a lot about how I hide my hatred/anger/feelings all the time. And the part where you talk about it being harder to hide... it does come to that point, and that was the point where I realized I couldn't hide everything in anymore. It just doesn't work that way. So now I'm slowly letting everything out... hopefully that will help you too.

You speak from your soul,
as well as mine.
