Those who teased And tortured me for fun Had eaten away At my heart As it diminished It was replaced by hate As it was destroyed So was my life And my ability to care Now that it is gone I can never get it back I have tried and tried But with no sucess Because of those Who teased me My childhood is gone What was there I have erased In an attempt To ease the pain |

You're among friends here, darkone. I was teased when I was a kid too. I felt hatreds towards them, but I decided that they didn't deserve my energies, good or bad focused on them, so I just was myself and tried to push them out of my mind. believe me i know what you mean. i got so tired of being teased, lied to, and ppushed around by people on tuesday that i go tmy self suspended for beating the **** out of this guy i used to date. it was not a pretty picture. but that was wrong and now i am stuck at home alone and grounded all day for the next week. but anyway, i understand and it really sucks and no matter how hard you try to ignore it you cant. i'm sorry you were teased. but you are among friends here and none of us will ever tease you.  |

Good write, I never had the strength to best the "teasers" they destroyed my life then, but they gave me life now, for I have grown and learned from them. They are a lesson, heed it well and grow forth, stronger.  With the word, I am mighty, with the pen I am free.. dragonpoe |

nice poem. And dont worry,I think everyone gets teased at some point. Just be yourself, and even if they dont like you, they still gotta accept ya. |
