The beauty of the snow Falls upon my soft face Sending shivers down my spine Oh how I love these days Yet some how, something Is missing from my stare It seems to amaze me That no one even cares They just don't know me Or is it they don't want to see That I rarely ever laugh or smile In the darkness I seem to be They over look my sadness And my lack of needed sleep Or all the nights I cry Into depression I fall deep "Things will get better soon" Is all they ever say I wish they would just understand This is the way I am I no longer see the glimmer Of the stars that once shined bright The smell of a lovely flower That now has withered and died Don't cry because it's over: smile because it happened. |

*hugs* What a deep, and wonderfully written piece. Quite sad... for a while there, I was able to become. Maybe cause I cna relate a bit.
