and she treated you bad
and cheated on you many times
and I can't understand why you still want her

I sit here and still love you
and it hurts so much
I wish I could forget you
but my feelings for you won't wash away

My only wish is to be with you again
to kiss you again
and have the chance to tell you that I love you

You never gave us a chance to grow together
you never gave us a chance to love each other
you never gave me a chance

You've broken my heart for good
and I can never love someone the way I loved you
I could never let myself fall in love again
because I'm afraid to get hurt like that again

When you left me crying and hurt
I wanted to end the pain I felt
in ways I would have never thought of before

You've killed a part of me
I can never open up to someone ever again
I'm afraid to love now because of you
you've broken my heart
and killed my spirit.

Jessica~ this drips with heartache.....I understand the feelings of this very well, but you'll be suprised that you will love again, and it will be so much more, so much better, than what you felt for this guy. I know it doesn't feel like it right now

I know how this feels. I can relate to it. You wrote this one very sadly. Lots of emotion.

I know what these feelings are... and how destructive they can be. Wow.. this one hit hard. Nice work. This is very sad. *hugs* I hope you feel better soon... time will hopefully heal your broken heart. Nicely done.
