I wish I could change
all that causes you pain.
I wish I could erase the tears
you've shed through these years.
Give you the love you lost
and have happiness at no cost.
No tears, no anger, no sadness
give you the love that you miss.
Return to you the father of mine
without the alcoholic side.
Give you all the days without rain.
Erase all the moments of pain.
I wish I could give you
everything and then more, too!

To my mother, my friend, and my father
the one who has raised me.
You are my world.

Beautiful poem.....you know what I told you about it in the e-mail. I really loved it and it just goes to show just how sweet and thoughtful you truly are.
Wonderful job here.
Yer cute too hehe

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily

Thank you Spice, It's important to cherish the time with your parents, no matter which one.  No matter how many you have.  I'm glad to hear that you are close to your mom, too.  I think it's only fair if our mothers have to do all the dirty work of a father, they should get some recognition when Father's Day comes around.  And thank you for your words and the e-mail, Javier.  And thanks Linc as well.  Keep up the active writing everyone and good luck in your next posts!
