Standing In Silence...

Who Are We to Judge?
I can't stop how I look,
people judge by looks alone.
And that bites.
People judge by how you dress,
and how you act.
Then they judge you,
by what you listen to.
Then they wanna judge you,
by who you hang out with.
Well, you know what to tell those people?
Just tell them you'll do what you want,
And you'll hang with who you want.
And you'll listen to what you want.
I'm tired of people acting like snots and preps!

fall hard, practice harder not to fall

No replies to this yet? Jeez..... I bet I've said all these words for real. Like my last post...... "They hate you if you're clever"...  Not a big Fan Of Tupac Shakur, but interesting in that he said "Only God can Judge Me!"  I Agree  NICE POST!

Will It matter in the end?

Fall mountains, just don't fall on me.

I like this poem.  I don't agree with the last line, though.  It's not just "snots and preps" who judge others.  Everyone does it, unfortunately.  Whether they realize it or not.  I do agree that it's not right, and I like what was said before ^ "Only God can judge me."  Everyone should have that attitude.  Nice post.

I've read this before...but didn't have time to reply. So here I am.   As did MArie- I did not agree with the last line. You completely contradicted your whole poem by judging the preps. Not all preps are snots.
Aside from that- I liked the poem alot. People do judge too much. Great write here. Keep postin.
